Client was in a car accident in which she was hit by a large pickup truck that had a trailer with a 'bobcat' type of forklift on it. The pickup truck went right into the client. Client was banged up and bruised and treated at the emergency room, with a chiropractor, and ended up having a shoulder surgery. A lawsuit was filed but the case was mediated and settled for $290,000.
