Client was hit by a car pulling out into the road from a parked position in Hartford, CT. Initially the police found the client at fault for the accident. After an investigation by Attorney Rosenthal, the police changed their position and the other's person's insurance company offered their full policy, $25,000, for injuries to the client's back. The client's own insurance company also paid the client $19,000 for the same injuries for a total settlement of $44,000.
